Parent portal
For parents and caregivers of students who use student transport, a parent portal and app are available. Via the parent portal you always have insight into up-to-date travel information about your son, daughter or pupil. This way you can easily see:
- The pick-up and drop-off times;
- which driver is driving;
- whether a replacement driver has been deployed;
You can also easily report a student as sick, recovered or deregister them via the parent portal or the app when he or she is not travelling along.

How do I report my child sick?
Call the carrier at least 1 hour before the scheduled trip. This prevents the driver from coming for nothing, and another route can possibly be scheduled sooner.
Who is entitled to student transport?
Pupils who, due to distance, illness or disability, cannot get to school independently. The municipality determines the criteria; the application is handled through your municipality.
