Youth care transport is transport for children and young people who, due to a need for care, cannot travel independently to a care location. This includes, for example, transport to and from youth care, treatment or support. Whether a child is eligible for youth care transport is determined by the municipality on the basis of the Youth Act.
Reizen door Zeeland organises youth care transport throughout Zeeland. We take care of route planning, work with experienced carriers and are the regular point of contact for parents and caregivers. Clear communication, safety and reliability are central to this. Where possible, we combine trips so that transport is organised efficiently and sustainably.
To ensure that transport is safe and pleasant for all children, we ask parents and caregivers to take a number of agreements into account:
Together we ensure that children are transported safely, comfortably and on time to and from their care location. You can report changes by telephone or e-mail.
