Flex operates based on available capacity. Whether your ride can be scheduled depends on the availability of vehicles and seats at the desired time. We therefore advise you to book your ride as soon as you know you’re leaving; the earlier you book, the greater the chance there is still space available. You can book up to two weeks in advance.

Via the App Store and Google Play, you can easily download the Travel through Zeeland app. In the app, you plan, book and pay for your trip with Flex all in one place.

In the app you’ll find everything for your trip through Zeeland in one place. You can easily find bus, train and ferry timetables, view hub stops and book a Flex ride straight away that connects to your trip. 

Book your Flex

Easily book a Flex ride (at public transport fare). Perfect for connections between villages or to and from bus stops or stations. In the app, choose the best option for you. Flex runs daily from 06:00 to 23:00. Also at weekends.

Book and pay 

Save time by booking and paying for your Flex ride in the app in advance. Also book in advance the rides you take regularly, such as to work or school. That way you only have to set them up once and your transport for the coming days is arranged right away. 

Please note: Flex is not a replacement for bus transport. If a bus line is cancelled, this does not mean that we are immediately available to take over the ride.


Departure and arrival times for Flex 

When you book a Flex ride, you will see two times: the earliest departure time and the latest arrival time. Your ride will always take place between these two moments. The earliest departure time is the first moment you can be picked up. You will receive the final departure time about ten minutes before departure via the app, text message or email. Therefore, always check your current pick-up time shortly before departure. The latest arrival time is the last moment at which you are guaranteed to arrive at your destination. Often you will be at the location even earlier. In this way we combine rides intelligently. Travellers who are going in the same direction are picked up and dropped off more efficiently.
